Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are research materials, we must control their condition and chain of custody. Please read this policy before ordering.

1. Unopened items

Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be returned within [X] days of delivery with our prior approval. 2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

3. Opened products

For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products, including vials whose seal has been broken, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above.

4. How refunds are paid

Where possible, refunds are paid using the same method as the original payment (Zelle, Cash App, USDC, or Bitcoin). For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are calculated at the U.S. dollar value of the order at the time it was placed, not the current market value of the cryptocurrency, and are sent to a wallet address you provide on the same network. You are responsible for providing a correct address; we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you supply.

5. Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Return shipping costs for unopened items are paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise.

6. Cancelled orders

You may ask us to cancel an order before it ships. If payment has already been verified, we will refund it as described above. We may cancel any order at our discretion as described in our Terms of Sale.
